They called me and we decided an interview date. It was a very short talk. He do not ask to much questions on the phone. Then I received a message which has interview details, such as address, name, etc.

Question 1
It was one year ago. There are some things that I remember. One of them the man is not kind. I could understand that he was not going to hire me. He asked many questions and some of them were not necessary. If you want to work as a barista, you should not have to need to make a plan for future 5 years. At least, this point should not be too much important. Of course that is my opinion. You may have some different reasons and purpose.
Received an email asking to schedule an interview for the following week. The interview took place in the store itself, and took about 15 minutes. The questions were pretty average.
First interview went well, just the basic behavioral questions that should be answered using the STAR method. Second interview was less questions but with the district manager. Still waiting to hear back (if they reach out at all).

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had to navigate a situation where the supervisor wasn’t available.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
