Interview
Was a quick and easy interview process focusing mainly on personal experiences. Basic questions, you should utilize the STAR method. Dress professionally, use good grammar, be personable. Not much coffee experience needed but make sure you play to previous experience.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
