I applied in-person. I interviewed at Starbucks (North Canton, OH) in Jan 2020
Interview
Easy interview process with little challenging questions. Easy to move up in the company from barista to shift manager. Just brush up on company standards and policies beforehand. Make sure you know what you bring to the company.
The interview process was low stress, and I was offered a drink by a barista while waiting for the manager. We spoke about my previous relevant work experience, and how I've handled different situations with customers.
