Interview
The first round is a recruiter phone screen. If they put you through, next you have a hiring manager interview. The final round is an interview loop with the hiring manager and 3 others on the team. I believe they said these are each an hour, but I didn't make it to that round.

What is a way that you improved process or procedure to increase efficiency on a project and/or lead to success?
3 stages. Recruiter, hiring manager and director.
Not too challenging as they are new to Product, but the people were lovely.
Each one lasted around an hour.
Recruiter would call after to give any feedback available which I thought was great.

Fairly long process. Included a few phone interviews followed by video call with the team and a project you present during the final interview with the person you report to and the team you’d be working with.

Too long but worth it in the end because they let you know immediately if you got the job. They do ask a lot of technical questions and want to know about your motivitation to work for this company.
