I applied online thinking my application would not distinguish me from anyone else however, about a week later I received a call from a manager from a different but somewhat nearby location. I set up an interview with her for a few days later. I showed up for my interview at the wrong location because there were so many in the area I was completely confused. I called her frantic telling her I would be a few minutes late and luckily she was totally understanding. My interview lasted about 40 minutes this being my first job she asked me how I prioritize tasks, asked me to tell about a time I had to take direction from someone else and how I dealt with it, she asked me why I wanted to work for the company (of course), and she asked if I had any questions for her. The interview went great, she was super easy going and loved to talk. She told me she would call that Friday or Monday to set up my second interview with a manager at a different location (Starbucks has a requirement of two interviews).I did not hear from her until that Tuesday when I set up a second interview at another location. That interview was canceled and once again I waited for a call to reschedule. I finally had my second interview with another manager which was even more laid back, he was super nice asked me similar questions but kept looking around which made it hard for me to hold focus. The next week I got a call with the job offer!
