The interview process was meant to understand your personality and way of thinking and problem solving when it came to customer service. It rewards those who think in terms of the customer.
Easy to get through. Just be yourself and talk about what you love about coffee. Don’t over think it and you’ll be fine. Make sure to research the company before you go to the interview
Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.
