Interview
The interview is nothing special as the manager will contact you either by email or phone. The interview itself is pretty much the same as any other as the manager will do a series of questions for you to answer, and most of it will be behavioral questions that required to be answered using the STAR method if you want to stand a chance to getting hired.

Question 1
"describe a time you've created a warm and welcoming experience for a customer" or "describe a time you disagreed with a company policy or a certain call made by a supervisor"
It was short and to the point. They asked my availability and past experience working in the food industry. Since I didn’t have any, I felt it was going to prevent me from getting the job.
Usual standard process of interviewing, we went over my experience and knowledge of working as barista in coffee shops and restaurants in my previous jobs. Highly recommend as a great place to work at !!
The interview was not too bad, I had to wait a bit before getting called for my interview due to some mishaps on their end but that was really the only thing that was negative. It was fine. They called back pretty quickly
