The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Staples
Interview
The process was extremely lengthy, unnecessary at times. After over a month of multiple interviews, they decided to offer me a much lower paying position. They failed to mention that they were NOT really interviewing for an AM position and that this position was sort of an "apprenticeship" with NONE of what I was told the position offered.
TIP:
Be honest with those applying to your company, leave the bait & switch technique for sleazy sales men....or in this case, Staples hiring managers.
The interview for the customer support position at Staples was straightforward and professional. The interviewer asked about my customer service experience and how I handle difficult customers and multitasking. It was conversational and focused on real customer support scenarios.

Question 1
How would you handle an upset or frustrated customer?
Very fair process. They ask routine questions and have a multi step interview process. Everyone is met with was awesome. Definitely need to show up prepared and ask engaging questions
It is quite difficult to get in the job. Solid experiences are required. More asking on enterprise-level tasks, and heavy daily duty required. I do recommend to try this positon if available,
