The interview was straightforward, and for me concentrated on my ITT experience as well as an overview of my retail experience. i was asked about specific situations I dealt with, asked to give examples, describe my daily routine, what I brought to the company, etc.

The first interview was on the phone, it was pleasant. The second in person interview was simple with the General manager who asked me a basic question on how i would sell an item to a customer, essentially we did a role play.
