Brief and friendly. They mostly focused on personality but wanted to know about projects iv previously been a part of. My interview was with two project managers and took around an hour in total.

first was a teams interview. second was a in-person interview with tour of the company. the teams interview was more of a general conversation about who Stantec is and what they are looking for in a potential candidate. The in-person interview was a tour of the office but also asked what my experience was, my industries i worked in, more technical questions.
