I had four people interview me for the unit interviews. All were extremely friendly and caring. I think I let me nerves get the best of me, but they truly were so welcoming. So walk in there with confidence and study interview tips and you will do great.

Panel Interview - 4 candidates and about 8 others (managers,etc.) in the interview. Facilitator asks the candidates the same 4 questions but in different order. Mostly behavioral style questions. It was on Zoom.

Myself and three other candidates on a panel interview. Panel had about five or six people on it, filled with staff and supervisors from the floor. Asked us four or five questions.
