I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Stanford Health Care (Palo Alto, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
After connecting with someone from the Analytics team, we quickly scheduled a phone call. It was a group interview. Nothing outrageous. After the interview I did not hear back from them for almost a week. Then I was asked to appear onsite (Palo Alto Office) for a half day interview session. 4-5 rounds with one break in-between.
Onsite interview involved 8-10 people interviewing during one on one sessions & some panel sessions. It was really informative to meet some of the architects & managers. Most of the questions were scenario based & to evaluate my experience. A few technical questions were asked.
Interview went pretty good. After a couple of weeks I heard back that they have decided to move ahead with other candidates as they are looking for someone with more technical expertise.
Most of the employees wear formals / business casuals so please dress up for the interview.
