The interview was not hard. The whole interview process involves a few stages, which include online test and interview with HR via phone. The offer was out in a week's time.

Online assessment (pyrometrics, hirevue). Assessment centre with other applicants. Includes a case study where discussion was watched on by team members and HR then interview with team members. Final interview with manager.

there are only 3 rounds, pretty easy to me:
resume screening -> hr group interview -> talk with manager -> done
seemed intimidating but was actually pretty chill. use STAR method for all behavioral questions. basic questions nothing technical. after that final interview call with HR and team lead. financial markets intern role
