Standard Chartered announces its International Graduate program during the months June - July every year. One can apply for the position, if eligible, online from the Careers section of SCB's official website. Once a candidates submits the online application, he/she is asked to take an online numerical test of 25 minutes which is mainly consists of interpreting charts and tables and find percentages. After the numerical test, the candidate is asked to complete an online Personal Assessment Test which mainly comprises of behavioral questions on to concepts such as team and conflict management. In order to qualify for the interview, the first assessment, the candidate must qualify for both the tests. Once cleared, the candidate may be asked to choose a time slot for a telephonic interview or may be called for a face to face interview. This interview is usually have two parts. First part is related to challenges faced by the banking industry and SCB, while second parts is more about the past experiences of candidate about team building, leadership, event management and conflict management. If the candidate makes it through to the next stage, he/she would be called for Final interview and the Assessment Center. Assessment center comprises various activities which may differ from country to country. However, final interview is common for all regions. It is a panel interview which may cover economic affairs, banking knowledge and personal experiences.
