I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) in Jun 2011
Interview
the recruiter called me then he succeed to arrange a phone interview with the hiring manager for general background checking. After a few days, there was another phone interview by a senior engineer, it was for general skill checking, he asked around 30 questions. Next, about one week after, I met the senior engineer for another run of interview, this time it was tough. One week after, I met a senior manager from the team for one more run of interview, it was even tougher than the last one, a lot of design, high level questions. After that, two more runs with the HR and I accepted the offer in the last run.
