After applying I got shortlisted then I had an Assessment Center (online) in August 2023. There will be a meeting where they will brief you about the AC, it's not daunting At the AC you'll have a group task, individual presentation about one of the topics given to you and then an interview. The interview questions were mostly scenario questions, you can't really prepare for them just like the group task After the AC you'll have to do some psychometric tests, and some background checks.

For the group task, they gave us a scenario and we had to come up with a solution, so you have to be good at communicating. For the presentation you are given 3 topics related to Computer Science, you have to pick one topic and present about it, then you'll get asked questions related to your presentation The interview was scenario questions, it was very conversational

Took a month, we did interviews, presentation and a group activity whereby we were given two scenarios. Then followed by online assessments. They also did background check and we did fingerprints.

Everything was on teams,You first write 2 tests(mathematical and business related) via Analytics Vidhya .You will a presentation on the use of AI / ML in financial services,then you'll have an interview.The interview is very much conversational, they'll ask a quiz question at the end of the interview.
