Job description posting was very vague and open-ended. Initial call with HR and first two hiring manager interviews seemed quite positive, and they were accommodating with candidate availability for interview times. However, the 'open-ended' assessment task was structurally unclear and their actual scope of requirements was not communicated at all. Very little feedback and there was a somewhat cold, unfriendly in-person atmosphere during the final interview presentation. Rushed me out the door quite quickly and I didn't get much chance to ask further questions. After the final interview I was actually left questioning what I had been told about a positive working culture and was reconsidering whether I wanted the opportunity to work for this company. The Stake team did not proceed with an offer, but at least the HR team contacted me shortly afterwards to let me know the team's decision rather than leaving me waiting for a response.
