Approached on LinkedIn, and then had calls on Google Hangout. The first round was good, but following rounds were very lengthy and going around in circles with little constructive feedback. Questions were answered well with much preparation, but still yielded little satisfaction from the interviewers who kept repeating the questions once answered. After following up after the interview multiple times, they didn’t respond once, not with feedback or even a rejection email.

The process started just fine, I was approached by the Eurostaff, Head of People in LinkedIn, who asked if I am interested in a recruitment consultant position. I agreed for a Hangouts interview with the Head of People, that actually went fine and we agreed with a second interview with another person in the company during the same week. We agreed a date and a time, but nobody turned up to the next Hangouts interview. I tried to ask why this occured and nobody returned. This is probably one of the worst candidate experiences that I've ever had and I still remember how pissed I was when I was dressed well and eager for a second interview, but stood up. Good advice for the future: Candidate Experience is important!
