Staffelbach Design Associates interview questions

Professional and timely. After an online personality quiz, I was contacted by HR by email to schedule the in-person interview. I spoke with both HR and the person who would ultimately supervise my position. We did question and answer sessions and then I presented my portfolio. I was contacted by email afterwards.

Day-long process where I met with numerous people for 30 minutes or so. No question were asked about my experience or portfolio, which should have been a red flag. Everyone was very pleasant and warm, but in retrospect we were talking past each other. We were using the same phrases but meaning very different things by them.
