The interview process typically consists of three main stages: an initial HR screening to assess qualifications and fit, a detailed case study to evaluate problem-solving skills, and an in-person interview with the team to gauge collaboration and cultural alignment.

Question 1
General questions about the industry and how you handle customer service situations.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stackline in May 2024
Interview
I had two rounds of interviews with Stackline (HR screen, hiring manager call) and then was given a take-home assessment to complete within a week. Upon submitting the take-home assessment, I was informed that a candidate had already been offered and had accepted the role as of that morning. After putting significant time and effort into completing the take-home assessment, I felt like my time was wasted by the hiring team as I did not even have a chance to present it.
