Interview process was fine. I went through multiple rounds of interviews, then I was rejected. They addressed the rejection email to somebody with a different name, so I emailed back for clarification. They confirmed I was the correct recipient, they just messed up my name in the email. The interview process was nothing out of the ordinary, but this lack of attention caused me to write a review.
They expressed a ton of interest, said I was perfect for the role. Had multiple interviews with members of leadership, with promises to follow up shortly - then completely ghosted. No responses to emails and no follow up.
Recruiter schedules an intro call and then moves you to the next round of interview with the hiring manager. After hiring manager they assign you an assignment. After the assignment you go through 3 more rounds with the COO, CEO and a board of everyone you interviewed with. My interview process started off great with the recruiter and turned immediately sour once the hiring manager got involved. I have never been in an interview where someone is constantly disqualifying me from the job after each question they ask. I get it, it could have been the wrong answer but at the same time I have been doing this longer than she has.
