St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital interview questions

The interviewers reviewed the assessment sheet prior to beginging the interview and asked a few questions in regards to it. They mainly asked questions based off of the hospitals core values and were interested in knowing how you resolved most of the issues (if it was applicable to the question). They also asked a few scenario based questions.
