Interview
I was recommended for this position by parents of children attending the school. Therefore the school principal called me at home and asked if I would be interested in an interview. Some of the questions were pertaining to classroom management, learning theory, and learning styles. During the interview I felt as if I was talking with a friend about education.

The most difficult question was a situation relating to a difficult co-worker. Was prepared for all questions relating to education but this was a surprise.
