Interview
The interview was very friendly, most are behavioral-typed questions along with "how do you see yourself in 5 years, etc." Panel interview with the hiring manger and the nurse educator. They also invited 2 nursing students to observe and for teaching purposes.

Tell about a time when you made a mistake.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years.
One on one interview with the manager. Behavioral type questions and case scenarios. Was given 4 different scenarios, who's your priority and what are the interventions. Was asked about what to look for in terms of labs, scans for a specific diagnoses.

Friendly interview including the charge nurse and nursing director. Non intimidating. Mostly behavioral questions rather than skills check. Interview only lasted about thirty minutes. Repairs a bit if preparation regarding the rings and responsibilities of the position
