My university guidance office did most the work all I had to do was to submit my resume to them. The process was short and nothing much demanding. I was going to be there for short term anyway so the whole process was nice and easy.

Interview, marking assessment, lesson observation. The observation was standard. Interview was interesting. The marking assessment was to look through some children's writing and assess whether they had met the learning objective using the school marking scheme.
