Interview
Hiring and Interview is fairly easy. Generally meet with P/AP and other staff members, usually the grade level team which you are applying for, and are asked many questions about situations, standards and how you plan to teach.
Standard process. One interview with principal discussing experience and preferences and then got offer. Very simple. ESE teachers are in demand and that was reflected in the difficulty of this interview.

Describe your experience working with students with disabilities
The interview was very easy and the principal was very nice and easy to talk to. Most question were just basic teacher questions. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Can't wait to see what the future holds.
