Laid-back and casual. Friendly. Be prepared to do a presentation on a topic of your choice that aligns with what they offer. No need to memorise it or have slides, notes are fine.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at St James's House (London, England)
Interview
Two separate interviews in London office. Both pretty informal chats describing the role and asking me a little bit about myself. Felt like a waste of time and money going into the office as I was never asked any serious questions about my own experience or education. No specific feedback offered upon rejection. Didn't really understand why I had to travel in twice if the interview wasn't going to last more than 25 minutes each time.

Interview
So I thought this was going to be a 1 on 1 interview, but another man came in during the interview and the process derailed. I'm glad this happened because it made clear that this would not be a place I would ever like to work. As a young woman, I was made to feel incredibly uncomfortable. I was asked to read out what was essentially lurid pornography, and the words used to describe the job to me by this man were entirely inappropriate. He seemed to revel in using words like 'naked' and 'intimate', 'filth' and 'smut'. It was also clear that this was essentially to be a telemarketing job, not the publishing job it was originally sold as.
Coming to glassdoor to see the reputation this company has for sexual harassment makes me so unbelievably glad I did not accept this job. To anyone but especially women, be incredibly wary.
