Very simple application process with a prompt follow up. The interviewers were extremely kind and professional. They asked relevant questions that flowed into a conversation about my experience and the role I was interviewing for at St. Francis House
Initial phone call with hiring manager followed by in-person interview with hiring manager. Final interview was panel with team and a quick meet and greet with the Executive Director.

Interview
Phone interview, 1:1 in person interview, panel interview with 4 staff members. Scheduling was difficult and often a bit last minute. I had to follow-up a few times because I didn't receive a response from HR. Initiating contact really didn't seem like their strong suit. Despite correspondence assuring me I'd hear from them regarding their decision, I never did. When you have someone that gets to a final interview and you share a really productive, enjoyable conversations, at least give them the common courtesy of thanking the applicant for their time if you aren't going to offer them the job! It felt a little disrespectful considering how long the process took. Interactions with potential team members were great, but the lack of communication from HR left a bad taste in my mouth.
