I had 3 interviews after my initial phone call to the Department Manager. My initial interview was with the Department Manager. After a couple of weeks, I was contacted by someone in HR to schedule another interview--first, with the person in HR, and, then, with the Department. There were 7 people who greeted me and conducted a TEAM interview with me. They were all garcious and asked thought-provoking questions. I was given ample time to think and respond. I was given feedback re: some of my answers. Near the end of the interview, I felt good about the interview because of their affirmations. I was told by the Department Director that she would contact me by the end of the week and let me know their decision. The same lady from HR called me 3 days later and offered me the job.
