Easy. Basic interview questions. Got a new grad job there in the NICU. Prepare and practice for basic interview questions. Easy questions. One question was how I would handle a difficult co worker.

Interview
The process was pretty easy. The questions were pretty concise and relevant to the position. The interviewer even offered some complimentary refreshments. I would definitely say give it a shot
Candidates talk with the managers, and are then sent to a peer review with some of the current floor nurses. The nurses use an evaluation to rate performance and decide yes or no from there.
