I met with the search committee which was the school director, two faculty members and an outside administrator. We had a warm thoughtful discussion on how I envision guiding the new curricula through the first few years to attain the university's goal. It was not confrontational nor would I expect an academic institution to be that way. The questions were looking toward the future so they weren't easy per se. It helped I was well prepared for the questions on where I see the program going. The process has not yet concluded so I have yet to receive an offer or declination.
