I have sent a resume to the HR team and has been shortlisted. Later I asked to submit power point presentation on package of practices of any agricultural commodity. Based on which they again shortlisted candidates for the interview.

2 step process with the 1st one being making a ppt file. PPT file should be 3 slides long but should involve major commodity practices in organic production of the crop. The next day is followed by an interview.
