A member of the Account Management team originally reached out to me via LinkedIn saying I'd be a good fit for the role. First was an online interview and a final stage interview in the office. For the final interview they requested I pitch one of their products. Quite a cold feel to the office and culture; I pitched and that was pretty much the end of the interview. They had me travel to the office and prep for what was essentially a 10 minute interview. I was surprised at the lack of questions to get to know me as a person, again I think this probably ties in with the workplace culture. No call to let me know the outcome of the interview. When reaching out to the original LinkedIn contact I spoke with no reply from them there either. Quite rude considering they were very keen reaching out to me via LinkedIn and rushing me through the stages of the interview process at the beginning.
