Pretty simple, complete application, come to scheduled interview, answer the common interview questions about your experience and why you feel you would be a good candidate to work for them. Also, I had to take an Excel test.

There really wasn't anything intimidating about the interview. I can say be prepared to take a hair sample drug screen. That dates back six months.
