There was a mass interview. Loud music was playing probably to keep everyone from hearing each other. The interviewer as well as the other employees were very kind and professional. I was offered to interview for another position, but never got a call for the second interview. I was disappointed. I think I would have enjoyed working for this company.

I saw an email about Sprouts Hiring Day and applied for the position online. The following day I walked into the store for open interviews and spoke to the general manager for about 15 minutes. He asked me some customer service related questions, gave a brief overview of the company and its values, and a brief description of the role expectations, salary, etc.
