The process is very straightforward, fast and simple. Application to hiring took less than a week. I applied on a Friday. Monday was a public holiday. They got back to me on Tuesday. My interview was on Wednesday. They reached out to my references after, they filled out the reference by Thursday and on Friday, they sent me the offer.

Tell me about yourself or something along those lines. The interview questions were standard.
I had a phone interview and the HR explained the position and the floating nature of it. They asked me mostly yes or no questions about salary and locations as well as a couple of behavioural questions focusing on customer service aspect.
