Hiring manager joined the interview about 10 minutes late. Had a general chat about experience. Weirdly enough had another interview the next day for another role with a recruiter and the recruiter was not even aware that I had had one round for another ]role! As usual he also joined 5 minutes late. Interview and talk track seemed positive but Received a default rejection email after two days for both openings, with no feedback. Clearly the Recruiters and hiring managers are not aligned and disorganised. Couple of months back had reached up to round 3 after a month of tiresome interviewing, which i backed out of as the process was so slow. I would say do not waste your time with this company. They have an unnecessarily lengthy interview process for no real reason. 4-6 rounds for a consultant role with an average salary & the same roles being advertised every couple of days do tell a story.
