Text and phone interview, seemed normal. The person conducting the interview was very unprofessional. She mention others and their work drama. Other than that everything seemed to be wonderful. She seemed pleasant over the phone.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Springhill Hospice (Daphne, AL) in Jun 2017
Interview
It was very informal. The part that stood out the most to me was when the manager spoke negatively about employees and jealousy among staff members. She told me not to believe them. Did not really seem like a professional interview.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Springhill Hospice (Mobile, AL) in Apr 2013
Interview
. A friend recommended me to the manager of the company and he called me to ask if I would be interested in a possible move. I was looking for a job but not very hard. I liked the job I had but the commute was over an hour both ways so I wanted to move closer to my home. The first interview was short and easy, mostly confirming my sales experience and the quality of my contacts. I was told that the company was primarily family owned and big corporate meetings, reports etc was not part of the culture. Although meetings and reports were occasionally needed. I liked the relaxed feel of the office. I was interviewed by the man who would be my boss and I never dealt with anyone else in the hiring process. I found his description of the culture to be accurate and I enjoyed working for my boss.
