Very long process (July-October)
1. HR Screen
2. 3-hour independent work sample. This was meant to provide a sense of the tasks I would need to do in this role, which it did to some extent.
3. Final interviews--3 hours long. Though I was invited to the final round, my schedule did not allow for time off from my current role, so we were back and forth on scheduling this. I was notified that the position was filled before I had a chance to meet with the team and learn more about the role face-to-face.
Very odd process, which left me with a lot of questions about the organization and no more understanding of the role itself than I had when first reading the job description in July.
