I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spring Marketplace (Chicago, IL) in May 2018
Interview
The interview process took no more time than it had to, and everyone I spoke with seemed genuinely interested in me, my experience, and my potential fit at Spring. They were very open and up front about potential downsides to the role and about what salary range they were looking at for the position. In general, it's one of the best interview processes I've been a part of, and I'm sorry that, after some discussion, it turned out the position isn't quite what I was looking for. Seems like a great place to work.
