Interview
Interview process was generally professional, and I had positive interactions with several team members, especially senior leadership.
That said, the process felt misaligned. The interview sequence started with more senior leaders and ended with the hiring manager, which made it harder to assess the actual day to day expectations of the role early on.
The hiring manager interview was the weakest part of the process. I was asked very few substantive questions about strategy, leadership style, problem-solving, or how I would approach the responsibilities of the position.
I also completed a case study and multiple rounds, but the role was later withdrawn. Based on the scope discussed, it seemed the position may not have been fully defined or approved before interviewing began.
Overall impression: strong people in the organization, but the hiring process could benefit from clearer alignment, stronger interviewer preparation, and confirmation of role scope before engaging candidates.
