      I interviewed at Spreemo

      Interview

it took a week from the day i applied to receive an email for setting up an interview. met with a business analyst who seemed nice and enthusiastic at the time--upbeat and used a lot of exclamation points in his emails. spoke to him for a while then spoke with the tech lead, then went back to the business analyst again. asked him when they'd make a decision and he said in a few days. then they asked me about my online eval--apparently they were supposed to have sent me one before the interview. went home did the eval which was easy. asked again when i'd hear back and he repeated a few days. then a few days went by. then a week went by. no amount of exclamation points in his emails could make up for the fact that i practically had to pull teeth just to find out i wasn't getting hired. wouldn't it have been easier just to tell me and not have to receive a follow-up email a week after the fact?
