Interviewed with multiple department heads, CEO and CMO for the position to management all digital media for the company. Discussed the types of job responsibilities necessary for the job and what the compensation package was.

Interview
I had 2 interviews with HR and the senior designer, and then more people involved. It was a good fit for me, so it wasn't uncomfortable. The employees and manager was nice and it made me enjoy the interview experience.

Interview
Initially met with HR and Marketing-Communications manager. Basic questions for an interview, nothing out of the ordinary. Only "issue" was that there was no real outcome/next steps following the interview. All of a sudden a few weeks later an offer came in.
