Interview
I was recommended by one of the current employee ( I worked with him in another company before )
To be considered for this job I was proposed to make a test task.
It was to design solution for one problem. ( the problem was resolved using sorting algorithm and binary search + binary trees )
So after that and because guys were satisfied by my solution, I received this job.
