The interview process was organized in a very professional way. I love how my HR communicated all the aspects to me and how they were open to providing me with any information and answering to my questions.

Question 1
They asked me a lot of various questions depending on what stage of the interview process we were at. We first had an intro call with HR, then I was given a test assignment (outreach message +outbound call with a potential customer), our second meeting was basically a roleplay where I had to present SplitMetrics services to my potential customer (I was given feedback after this). Our third meeting was more tech-related where we discussed my experience in more detail + culture fit check. Aaaand yes! I got an offer!

The entire interview process was efficient, well-organized, and highly informative. Communication remained clear and timely at every stage, and the overall atmosphere felt friendly, welcoming, supportive, and genuinely encouraging throughout.
