1) The Check in. Remember your passport, drivers license, social security, 10 year work history, Copy of HS diploma or degree, resume AND most important, DO NOT DELETE the EMAIL INVITE the send you. I'd print a copy of it.
2. Next they do an 1.5 hour presentation on the company and what it means to be a flight attendant.
3. Break up into 3-4 groups depending on your color on your name badge they give you at check in.
4. Round 1: You are with about 30 other applicants in your group. For round 1, the Spirit employees make you say your name and number then draw from a fish bowl for random questions about yourself, customer service and life. It's all about following their instructions to say your name /number and then public speaking in front of everyone as well as how quick you can think on your feet.
After everyone goes, the panelist will leave the room to make cuts. If they call you name then you didn't make it.
Round 2: Once the group is narrowed down, you will form a group with 5 other people to do a team building exercise. They make you create a fake airlines with the top 5 attributes the crewmember would have During this, the panelist are hovering and watching what you do, Chip in ideas and also encourage your peers what they think. You will then present what your fake airlines. Make sure to speak and encourage your team as well.
After that, the panelist will leave to deliberate who makes it to Face to Face interviews or F2F.
5. Round 3: Face 2 Face interviews. Congratulate yourself for making it this far. They make you fill out 10 year work history. You then are called back to do the f2f interview. They ask simple customer service based questions. They ask you to describe yourself followed by a few other questions.
6. They put you in decision room and if they have you enter anything into a computer, you got the job. If they call you out of the room, you didn't make it.
