Interview
The interview process was smooth with a panel asking a mix of technical questions and about overcoming challenges faced. Was very unimpressed to be ‘ghosted’ by the company as a student looking for a placement, especially as the company in Belfast has very close ties to my university. Rejection is ok, but not informing applicants on the outcome is unacceptable as finding a placement is difficult at the best of times and students need to know in a short space of time so they can make alternate plans. I hope that this feedback is considered on behalf of future applicants.

Interview
teams interview which lasted 45 minutes. The interview consisted of four interviewers from separate aerospace engineering disciplines. each asking separate questions in tern.
the interview was quite calm and relaxed as i was able to get along very well with each and every interviewer. its more or less just them trying to get a grasp of who you are and why you're looking a job.
