Pretty laid back , they ask simple question due to the job applied for. Have you ever worked in a wearhouse setting, tools you've worked with or ever been on a assembly line before. They just really want to know if you're teachable

It was brief, and pleasant, they know what they need and they know what they are looking for in employees. So it didn't take to long. They get right to the point, ask what they need to know and give you the info. You need to know.

After review of past employment and experience a personal interview was conducted in an office at a round table with an HR representative. The rep appeared more interested in my desire than my abilities to perform the job.
