Most of the interview questions are pretty standard, but I remember one of them being posed that really seemed to be more of an icebreaker and to loosen up the conversation. This is not exact, but it was something along the lines of: "If you ended up on a deserted island, or somewhere that was difficult to leave, and you had 3 food choices for what may seem like, or might actually be for the rest of your days, what would they be?"
Some of the more standard questions involved things like:
"What do you hope to gain within the next year here?"
"What experience do you have with certain technologies (there was a list of software and hardware)?"
"Tell me about a time that either a customer/client/patient/family member was dissatisfied and what you did to help improve that situation?"
