The interview process was refreshingly straightforward and organized. I I originally met with the recruiter for about 30 minutes and then manager for about one hour. Overall, it showcased the company's professionalism and commitment to finding the right fit.

Interview
Interview process was very straightforward. Had a call with multiple managers, one with HR and the last with a colleague that I would be working with if I got the job. All were online over video conferencing due to COVID.
Some of the questions that were brought up to HR could have better been answered. The salary I was talking about with HR compared to management was pretty far off.
